Great stay for a business trip! Loved the amenities offered, especially the free Wi-Fi and breakfast. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby public transportation and popular local attractions. the best part of the stay, however, was the friendly staff who were always ready to help and answer any questions I had.
the room was not ready when I arrived, and it was frustrating to wait until late in the evening.

Room unavailability: Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room was not ready, even though it was quite late in the evening. This lack of readiness was inconvenient and frustrating.
